TGR strives to reach two main goals. First and foremost, providing a free service that Ohio high school football prospects, their parents, and their high school coaches may use in order to get information directly to college coaches. No services provided by TGR to players, parents, or high school coaches will ever require payment.

The second goal is providing all colleges that use The Givler Report with the most accurate information and evaluations on the top prospects in the state of Ohio.
